Intinews | Usai menggelar aksi demonstrasi di kantor Gubernur Sumatera Selatan, kali ini Pedagang dan Aktivis yang tergabung dalam Aliansi Masyarakat Selamatkan Sumatera Selatan, Rabu (20/7/2022) pagi kembali menggelar aksi unjuk rasa mendesak Wakil Rakyat tersebut agar segera merekomendasikan dan memecat Direktur Utama PT Jakabaring Sport City (JSC), Meina Fitriani Paloh dari jabatannya di BUMD tersebut.
“Hari ini adalah aksi kedua kita menuntut Meina Paloh selaku Direktur JSC yang dalam kepemimpinannya bertindak arogan yang mengusir pedagang pada saat event Fornas,” ungkap Koordinator Aksi, Ustadz Dayat saat ditemui ditempat.
Dalam aksi unjuk rasa ini massa sempat kecewa karena pihak anggota dewan tak ada yang datang menemui mereka sehingga massa menerobos masuk ke kegerbang DPRD Sumsel, kemudian barulah Ketua DPRD Sumsel, Hj. RA. Anita Noeringhati, SH, MH langsung terjun ke lapangan menemui mereka.
Anita mengatakan tentang keberadaan JSC baik itu JSC yang tidak terawat dan arogansi kepengurusan yang dilakukan Direktur Utama itu yang menjadi poin.
“Aspirasi dari aliansi akan kita teruskan kepada Gubernur, yang mempunyai kewenangan untuk mengevaluasi Direktur Utama JSC itu Gubernur Sumsel. Tetapi saya menyambut baik kritisi dari masyarakat apalagi untuk kepentingan Sumsel karena JSC merupakan Aset membanggakan di Sumsel,” jelasnya.
Ditegaskannya, yang mempunyai wewenang memecat Dirut JSC adalah Gubernur. “Jadi dewan hanya merekomendasikan untuk di evaluasi, karena yang berhak mengangkat dan memberhentikan adalah gubernur,” tegasnya.
