Intinews | Menindaklanjuti kasus pencatutan namanya dalam penipuan online dengan modus bantuan rehab Mushalla yang viral beberapa waktu lalu, Ketua DPRD Provinsi Sumatera Selatan, Hj. RA Anita Noeringhati, SH, MH, membuat laporan polisi (LP) ke Polda Sumsel, Senin (13/2/2023).
Kapolda Sumsel, Irjen A Rachmad Wibowo, langsung menyambut kedatangannya bersama dengan pejabat utama (PJU) Polda Sumsel Direktur Reserse Kriminal Khusus, Kombes Pol Muhammad Anwar Reksowidjojo, Direktur Reserse Kriminal Umum Kombes Pol Agung Marlianto Basuki dan Kabid Humas Polda Sumsel, Kombes Pol Drs Supriadi.
“Benar saya buat LP ke Polda Sumsel,” kata RA Anita ketika dikonfirmasi.
Anita berharap agar kasus pencatutan namanya segera terungkap, sehingga tidak menimbulkan korban dengan modus serupa. “Kita percayakan kepada pihak kepolisian.” ucap anita.
Sebelumnya Anita akan melaporkan kasus penipuan online berkedok bantuan rumah ibadah ke Siber Polda Sumsel. Langkah ini diambil olehny, karena telah merugikan nama baik, institusi dan dapat mempengaruhi masyarakat.
“Saya tidak pernah sama sekali mengeluarkan perintah atau transfer uang ke pihak manapun. Ini harus saya jelaskan, karena jika dibiarkan, seolah-olah saya menyetujui tindakan tersebut”, tegasnya kepada media di DPRD Sumsel, Jum’at (10/2/2023) lalu.
Dia mengatakan, penipu memainkan modus penipuan dengan mengirim pesan melalui WhatsApp yang mengatakan ada bantuan rehab rumah ibadah dari Kementerian Agama. Penipu kemudian mengatasnamakan Hj. Anita Noeringhati dan mengatakan bahwa anggota DPRD Sumsel akan membantu rumah ibadah Miftahul Jannah.
Penipu mengaku sebagai pegawai Dinas Sosial Sumsel yang bernama Junna Aditya dan meminta proposal dalam bentuk PDF. Kemudian, penipu mengirimkan bukti transfer seolah-olah transfer dari rekening BNI ke rekening rumah ibadah.
“Penipu mengaku pegawai Dinsos Sumsel atas nama Junna Aditya, kemudian menyakinkan pihak Mushalla dia minta proposal secara file Pdf, lalu mengirimkan bukti transfer Rp22.000.000, seolah-olah saya yang mentransfer dari rekening BNI ke rekening Mushola.” jelasnya.
Setelah mengirimkan bukti transfer, pelaku mendesak rumah ibadah untuk mentransfer ulang ke rekening TPQ Al Amin. Hj. Anita Noeringhati kembali disalahkan dalam percakapan transfer tersebut.
“Ini kan tahun politik, apalagi saya juga ditelepon oleh bapak Rosidin Hasan mantan Kadin Sosial dan juga asisten 1 Pemprov Sumsel yang telah mengkonfirmasi mushola-mushola di dekat rumahnya juga mengalami hal demikian. Sehingga saya harus mengambil langkah hukum agar tidak disalahgunakan.” tuturnya. (**)
