Intinews | Presiden Joko Widodo beserta Ibu Iriana Joko Widodo menjamu santap malam para pemimpin negara-negara G20, organisasi internasional, dan undangan lainnya di Garuda Wisnu Kencana (GWK), Kabupaten Badung, Provinsi Bali, pada Selasa, (15?11/22). Jamuan ini digelar sebagai bagian dari acara puncak Konferensi Tingkat Tinggi (KTT) G20 di Bali.
Presiden dan Ibu Iriana yang tampak serasi menggunakan pakaian adat Bali, tiba di GWK sekitar pukul 19.00 WITA. Presiden dan Ibu Iriana kemudian menyambut kedatangan para tamu seraya berfoto bersama dengan latar Patung Garuda Wisnu Kencana.
Selaku tuan rumah, Jokowi menyampaikan apresiasi atas kehadiran para pemimpin negara G20 serta lembaga internasional di GWK. “Para pemimpin negara-negara G20, undangan, organisasi internasional, hadirin sekalian, terima kasih atas kehadirannya di Garuda Wisnu Kencana,” ucap Jokowi dalam sambutannya sebelum memulai jamuan santap malam.
Jokowi juga sempat menjelaskan makna Patung Garuda Wisnu Kencana kepada para tamu undangan yang hadir. Menurutnya, makna patung GWK selaras dengan tugas yang diemban para pemimpin terhadap dunia dan kemanusiaan.
“Dalam mitologi Bali, patung ini menggambarkan cinta, tanggung jawab, keberanian, dan pengabdian. Ini adalah tugas kita terhadap dunia dan kemanusiaan,” tuturnya.
Presiden Jokowi kemudian mempersilakan para tamu undangan untuk menyantap hidangan yang telah disiapkan dan berharap hidangan tersebut sesuai dengan selera para tamu undangan. “Silakan menikmati hidangan yang telah kami siapkan untuk Anda. Saya harap tidak terlalu pedas untuk Yang Mulia,” ucapnya.
Pada santap malam KTT G20 kali ini, para undangan disuguhi beragam makanan dari berbagai daerah yaitu Bali, Jawa, Sulawesi Utara, Lampung, Sumatra Barat, Sumatra Utara, hingga Aceh. Sebagai makanan pembuka (appetizer), para pemimpin G20 menikmati sajian “Aneka Ratna Mutumanikam” (diversity in one) yang terdiri atas mangga, rumput laut, salad dengan bumbu rujak Bali, hingga perkedel jagung daging rajungan Manado.
Sementara itu, untuk menu utama (main course), para undangan disuguhi antara lain tenderloin sapi wagyu khas Lampung, rendang Padang, mousseline singkong dan kentang, asparagus dalam saus kunyit Bali, hingga puree terong balado. Adapun untuk menu penutup (dessert), para undangan menikmati coklat mousse Aceh, nasi tuille, beras ketan hitam dengan kelapa parut, dan coulis mangga.
Selepas santap malam, para kepala delegasi dan tamu undangan kemudian disuguhi beragam penampilan budaya. Lebih dari 200 penari menampilkan atraksi yang menggambarkan kekayaan dan keragaman warisan budaya bangsa Indonesia.
Penampilan bertajuk sama dengan tema G20 Indonesia, “Recover Together, Recover Stronger”, tersebut terdiri atas empat babak yang menggambarkan situasi sulit akibat pandemi Covid-19. Di balik kesulitan itu, juga terdapat peluang kuat untuk tumbuh lebih kuat dan tetap optimistis.
