Intinews | Melihat tren kasus COVID-19 yang mulai kembali meningkat, Pemerintah melakukan evaluasi terkait aturan Protokol Kesehatan (prokes) pada pelaksanaan kegiatan berskala besar melalui Surat Edaran Nomor 22 tahun 2022.
Juru Bicara Satgas COVID-19, Wiku Adisasmito menyatakan, secara efektif Surat Edaran ini berlaku mulai Selasa (21/6/2022).
“Surat edaran ini akan mengatur acara yang dihadiri secara fisik oleh lebih dari 1000 orang, dalam waktu dan lokasi tertentu yang sama baik dalam maupun luar ruang,” kata Wiku dalam konferensi pers secara virtual, Selasa (21/6/2022).
Acara yang diatur mencakup kegiatan lokal yang dihadiri partisipan lintas provinsi atau kabupaten seperti perhelatan sosial dan budaya masyarakat. Maupun kegiatan internasional yang dihadiri partisipan antarnegara atau multilateral seperti konferensi dan pertemuan warga negara baik WNI maupun WNA.
Melalui surat edaran ini maka pemerintah menetapkan beberapa aturan yaitu diantaranya wajib adanya penyesuaian partisipan dengan kriteria umur dan riwayat penyakit yang berhubungan dengan akses vaksinasi.
Anak usia 6 sampai dengan 17 tahun diperbolehkan masuk dengan wajib vaksinasi dosia kedua. Sedangkan usia 18 tahun keatas diperbolehkan dengan wajib vaksinasi dosis ketiga atau poster.
Namun khusus untuk anak usia dibawah 6 tahun dan penderita komorbid yang tidak dapat menerima vaksin dihimbau untuk tidak mengikuti kegiatan berskala besar demi keselamatan dan kesehatan masing-masing individu.
Pemberlakuan skrining spesifik sesuai dengan keterlibatan jenis partisipan diantaranya:
1. Kegiatan yang melibatkan pejabat setingkat menteri ke atas atau VIP wajib mensyaratkan menunjukkan hasil negatif PCR 2 x24 jam sebelum kegiatan berlangsung dan menjalani pemeriksaan suhu tubuh sebelum memasuki venue acara.
2.Kegiatan yang bersifat forum multilateral dan tidak melibatkan VVIP wajib melakukan prosedur pemeriksaan gejala berkaitan dengan COVID-19. Juga diimbau untuk pemeriksaan antigen sebelum acara.
3. Kegiatan yang tidak bersifat forum multilateral dan tidak melibatkan VVIP wajib melakukan pemeriksaan skrining gejala Covid-19 dan dilakukan tes antigen terhadap pelaku suspek COVID-19.
4. Pihak penyelenggara kegiatan wajib mendapatkan rekomendasi kelayakan penerapan protokol kesehatan dari Satgas COVID-19 pusat dan izin keramaian kegiatan masyarakat dari POLRI.
Rekomendasi Satgas COVID-19 pusat didasarkan dari pemeriksaan secara langsung oleh BPBD, Dinas Kesehatan, dan Polda setempat. (sil/**)
