Intinews | Ratusan mahasiswa yang tergabung dalam Aliansi Mahasiswa Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) Raden Fatah Palembang yang dinahkodai Presiden Mahasiswa (Presma) UIN Raden Fatah Yoga Prasetyo datangi gedung DPRD Provinsi Sumsel untuk melaporkan Wakil Ketua Komisi V DPRD Mgs Syaiful Fadli, Senin (17/10).
Dalam orasinya, mahasiswa menuding Syaiful Padli terlalu memprovokasi kasus dugaan penganiyaan fisik dan pelecehan yang diterima Arya mahasiswa UIN Raden Fatah saat Diksar UKMK Litbang UIN Raden Fatah. Massa juga meminta khususnya kepada badan kehormatan (BK) DPRD Sumsel, untuk menindaklanjutinya dan di proses.
Sementara itu, Yoga Prasetio mengatakan, aksi unjuk rasa oleh massa mahasiswa UIN Raden Fatah yang dilakukan hari ini adalah sebagai bentuk keprihatinan atas kasus yang terjadi di UIN Raden Fatah Palembang.
“Kita juga berharap agar kasus ini jangan ditunggangi oleh oknum-oknum tertentu untuk menaikkan popilaritas dengan bersikap profokatif,” ujarnya.
Disinggung terkait kasus dugaan penganiayaan yang dialami mahasiswa UIN Raden Fatah Palembang saat mengikuti Diksar Litbang di Bumi Perkemahan beberapa waktu lalu, Yoga Prastio mengaku pihaknya tidak memihak siapapun dan bersifat netral dalam menanggapi masalah tersebut.
Saat menemui massa unras, Ketua DPRD Sumsel Hj RA Anita Noeringhati, SH., MH didampingi Ketua Komisi I DPRD Sumsel Antoni Yuzar menyampaikan apa yang menjadi tuntutan dalam aksi demonstrasi oleh mahasiswa UIN Raden Fatah diterima dan ditindaklanjuti oleh DPRD Sumsel.
