Intinews | Sebelum berangkat menghadiri HUT Kabupaten Banyuasin, Gubernur Sumsel H. Herman Deru menyempatkan diri menemui unjuk rasa ratusan mahasiswa yang tergabung dalam organisasi mahasiswa Cipayung Plus, di halaman Kantor Gubernur, Senin (11/4/2022). Dia bahkan mengizinkan ratusan mahasiswa ini masuk setelah mahasiswa memaksa menyingkirkan barier polisi persis di gerbang masuk halaman Kantor Gubernur Sumsel.
“Kalau mengikuti protap sebenarnya adik-adik ini tidak boleh masuk. Tapi Saya yang izinkan karena ini juga rumah kalian untuk menyampaikan aspirasi. Silahkan sampaikan segala sesuatu dengan sehat, jelas dan tidak anarkis agar ini dapat kami teruskan kepada yang berwenang yakni DPR RI” ujar Herman Deru disambut tepuk tangan para mahasiswa.
Menurut HD dirinya memastikan akan menerima semua ungkapan dan aspirasi dari para mahasiswa dan akan segera meneruskannya ke pihak berwenang yakni DPR RI.
Terkait tuntutan penundaan Pemilu dan perpanjangan masa jabatan presiden 3 periode, dijelaskan Herman Deru bahwa Presiden RI Joko Widodo setelah 7 April lalu sudah memberikan jawaban. Menurutnya Presiden Jokowi sudah menjawab bahwa Ia tak berkenan menjabat tiga periode bahkan Presiden juga telah menyampaikan bahwa jadwal Pemilu tetap on schedule.
Sementara itu mengenai tuntutan soal harga BBM dan minyak goreng yang menjadi kebijakan nasional dan dirasakan masyarakat saat ini, Herman Deru pun berharap dapat direspon pemerintah agar bisa stabil seperti semula.
Deru sangat mengapresiasi kepada mahasiswa yang telah menyuarakan hati nurani mewakili masyarakat. Sebagai calon pemimpin bangsa, mahasiswa ini dinilainya telah mampu mengkritisi berbagai hal dan aspek baik dari sisi politik dan pemerintahan.
“Silahkan sampaikan aspirasi dengan tertib, jaga kehormatan dan jangan anarkis”, ujar HD.
Sementara itu ratusan mahasiswa yang menamakan dirinya Cipayung Plus tampak langsung mengelu-elukan Deru sesaat setelah mereka diizinkan masuk dan ditemui langsung oleh orang nomor satu di Sumsel tersebut.
” Terimakasih Ayahanda kami yang rela berpanas-panasan bersama dan menemui kami. Hari ini kami turun ke jalan untuk menyampaikan pernyataan sikap dan lima tuntutan kami,” jelas Koordinator Aksi Fortuna.
Lima tuntutan mereka yakni 1. Menolak Penundaan Pemilu 2024 serta Perpanjangan Masa Jabatan Presiden. 2. Menolak Kenaikan Harga Bahan Pokok, BBM dan PPN 11 %. 3. Usut Tuntas dan Segera Copot Oknum Menteri yang terlibat dalam pengusulan 3 periode jabatan presiden 4. Menolak Pemindahan IKN 5. Mendesak Presiden segera menyelesaikan Konflik Agraria di Indonesia.
“Atas nama rakyat tang tertindas dengan tegas kami mahasiswa dari Cipayung Plus Kota Palembang mengajukan 5 tuntutan tersebut,” tegasnya. (sil)
