Surat Keputusan ditetapkan di Jakarta pada 10 Februari 2022, ditandatangani oleh Kepala BPJPH Muhammad Aqil Irham, dan berlaku efektif terhitung sejak 1 Maret 2022.
Penetapan label halal tersebut, menurut Kepala BPJPH Muhammad Aqil Irham, dilakukan untuk melaksanakan ketentuan Pasal 37 Undang-undang Nomor 33 Tahun 2014 tentang Jaminan Produk Halal (JPH). Penetapan ini juga bagian dari pelaksanaan amanat Peraturan Pemerintah (PP) Nomor 39 tahun 2021 tentang Penyelenggaraan Bidang JPH.
“Melaksanakan amanat peraturan perundang-undangan khususnya Pasal 37 Undang-undang Nomor 33 Tahun 2014 tentang Jaminan Produk Halal, maka BPJPH menetapkan label halal dalam bentuk logo sebagaimana yang secara resmi kita cantumkan dalam Keputusan Kepala BPJPH,” ungkap Aqil Irham di Jakarta, dilansir Kemenag, Sabtu (12/3/2022).
Filosofi Label
Aqil Irham menjelaskan, Label Halal Indonesia secara filosofi mengadaptasi nilai-nilai ke-Indonesiaan. Bentuk dan corak yang digunakan merupakan artefak-artefak budaya yang memiliki ciri khas yang unik berkarakter kuat dan merepresentasikan Halal Indonesia.
“Bentuk Label Halal Indonesia terdiri atas dua objek, yaitu bentuk Gunungan dan motif Surjan atau Lurik Gunungan pada wayang kulit yang berbentuk limas, lancip ke atas. Ini melambangkan kehidupan manusia,” kata Aqil Irham mengilustrasikan.
“Bentuk gunungan itu tersusun sedemikian rupa berupa kaligrafi huruf arab yang terdiri atas huruf Ḥa, Lam Alif, dan Lam dalam satu rangkaian sehingga membentuk kata Halal,” lanjutnya menerangkan.
Bentuk tersebut menggambarkan bahwa semakin tinggi ilmu dan semakin tua usia, maka manusia harus semakin mengerucut (golong gilig) manunggaling Jiwa, Rasa, Cipta, Karsa, dan Karya dalam kehidupan, atau semakin dekat dengan Sang Pencipta.
Sedangkan motif Surjan yang juga disebut pakaian takwa mengandung makna-makna filosofi yang cukup dalam. Di antaranya bagian leher baju surjan memiliki kancing 3 pasang (6 biji kancing) yang kesemuanya itu menggambarkan rukun iman. Selain itu motif surjan/lurik yang sejajar satu sama lain juga mengandung makna sebagai pembeda/pemberi batas yang jelas.
“Hal itu sejalan dengan tujuan penyelenggaraan Jaminan Produk Halal di Indonesia untuk menghadirkan kenyamanan, keamanan, keselamatan, dan kepastian ketersediaan produk halal bagi masyarakat dalam mengonsumsi dan menggunakan produk,” imbuh Aqil Irham.
Aqil Irham menambahkan bahwa Label Halal Indonesia menggunakan ungu sebagai warna utama label dan hijau toska sebagai warna sekundernya. “Ungu adalah warna utama Label Halal Indonesia. Warna ungu merepresentasikan makna keimanan, kesatuan lahir batin, dan daya imajinasi. Sedangkan warna sekundernya adalah Hijau Toska, yang mewakili makna kebijaksanaan, stabilitas, dan ketenangan,” jelas Aqil Irham.
Wajib Dicantumkan
Sekretaris BPJPH Muhammad Arfi Hatim menjelaskan bahwa label Halal Indonesia berlaku secara nasional. Label ini sekaligus menjadi tanda suatu produk telah terjamin kehalalannya dan memiliki sertifikat halal yang diterbitkan BPJPH.
Karena itu, pencantuman label Halal Indonesia wajib dilakukan pada kemasan produk, bagian tertentu dari produk, dan/atau tempat tertentu pada produk.
“Label Halal Indonesia ini selanjutnya wajib dicantumkan pada kemasan produk, bagian tertentu dari produk, dan/atau tempat tertentu pada produk.” kata Arfi Hatim.
Sebagai penanda kehalalan suatu produk, maka pencantuman label halal harus mudah dilihat dan dibaca oleh masyarakat atau konsumen. Pencantuman label halal juga dipastikan tidak mudah dihapus, dilepas, dan dirusak, dan dilaksanakan sesuai ketentuan.
“Sesuai ketentuan Pasal 25 Undang-undang Nomor 33 tentang Jaminan Produk Halal, pencantuman label halal merupakan salah satu kewajiban yang harus dilaksanakan oleh pelaku usaha yang telah memperoleh sertifikat halal, di samping kewajiban menjaga kehalalan produk secara konsisten, memastikan terhindarnya seluruh aspek produksi dari produk tidak halal, memperbarui sertifikat Halal jika masa berlaku sertifikat halal berakhir, dan melaporkan perubahan komposisi bahan kepada BPJPH,” tegas Arfi.
Komponen dan Kode Warna Label Halal
Sekretaris BPJPH Arfi Hatim menambahkan, Label Halal Indonesia terdiri dari dua komponen: Logogram dan Logotype. Logogram berupa bentuk gunungan dan motif surjan. Sedang Logotype berupa tulisan Halal Indonesia yang berada di bawah bentuk gunungan dan motif surjan.
Secara detil, warna ungu Label Halal Indonesia memiliki Kode Warna #670075 Pantone 2612C. Sedangkan warna sekunder hijau toska memiliki Kode Warna #3DC3A3 Pantone 15-5718 TPX.
“Keputusan Kepala BPJPH Nomor 40 Tahun 2022 tentang Penetapan Label Halal dan panduan teknis tentang penggunaan label halal selanjutnya dapat diakses di laman resmi BPJPH Kemenag www.halal.go.id/infopenting,” jelas Arfi.
“Mari kita gunakan Label Halal Indonesia ini sesuai ketentuan, sebagai penanda yang memudahkan kita semua seluruh masyarakat Indonesia dalam mengindentifikasi produk yang telah terjamin dan memiliki sertifikat halal yang diterbitkan oleh BPJPH,” tandasnya. (**)
