Intinews | Berdasarkan data Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS), Indeks Harga Konsumen (IHK) Provinsi Sumatera Selatan pada bulan November 2022 mengalami deflasi sebesar -0,06% (mtm), dimana pada bulan sebelumnya juga tercatat deflasi sebesar -0,10% (mtm).
Perkembangan ini terutama bersumber dari deflasi kelompok makanan, minuman dan tembakau dengan deflasi sebesar -0,20% (mtm). Dengan perkembangan tersebut, secara tahunan, inflasi IHK November 2022 tercatat sebesar 5,87% (yoy), sementara inflasi nasional dan regional Sumatera masing-masing tercatat sebesar 5,42% (yoy) dan 5,67% (yoy).
Kelompok makanan, minuman dan tembakau mengalami deflasi sebesar -0,20% (mtm) dengan andil sebesar -0,06% (mtm). Deflasi didorong oleh penurunan harga pada beberapa komoditas subkelompok makanan, minuman dan tembakau yaitu cabai merah dengan andil -0,175% (mtm), bawang putih dengan andil -0,019%(mtm), ikan mujair dengan andil -0,013%(mtm) dan cabai rawit dengan andil -0,013%(mtm). Penurunan harga pada cabai merah dan cabai rawit terutama didorong oleh adanya peningkatan pasokan seiring dengan masih berlangsungnya musim panen di daerah sentra produksi. Selain itu, deflasi yang lebih dalam juga didorong oleh penurunan harga pada komoditas angkutan udara dengan andil sebesar -0,041% (mtm). Penurunan harga angkutan udara seiring dengan berlanjutnya kebijakan relaksasi biaya pendaratan, penempatan, dan penyimpanan pesawat udara (PJP4U) di bandara yang dikelola Kementerian Perhubungan dan dampak lanjutan penyesuaian harga BBM bersubsidi terhadap angkutan darat yang menurun.
Survei Konsumen Bank Indonesia pada bulan November 2022 mengindikasikan optimisme konsumen terhadap kondisi ekonomi tetap kuat. Indeks Kondisi Ekonomi Saat Ini (IKE), Indeks Ekspektasi Konsumen (IEK), dan Indeks Keyakinan Konsumen (IKK) secara berurutan menjadi sebesar 126,89; 135; dan 130,94. Masyarakat masih optimis bahwa kondisi perekonomian pada 6 bulan kedepan akan lebih baik, baik dari aspek kegiatan usaha, peningkatan penghasilan, maupun ketersediaan lapangan kerja di tengah peningkatan mobilitas dan pelonggaran kebijakan pembatasan
Secara keseluruhan tahun 2022, inflasi Provinsi Sumatera Selatan diperkirakan lebih tinggi dari tahun 2021, namun masih terkendali. Selanjutnya, Tim Pengendalian Inflasi Daerah (TPID) Provinsi Sumatera Selatan akan terus bersinergi dengan TPIP maupun TPID Kabupaten/Kota untuk melakukan pengendalian inflasi berpedoman pada strategi pengendalian inflasi 4K (Ketersediaan Pasokan, Keterjangkauan Harga, Kelancaran Distribusi dan Komunikasi Efektif) serta 7 program Gerakan Nasional Pengendalian Inflasi Pangan (GNPIP). Ke depan, berbagai program pengendalian inflasi lainnya akan terus dilakukan seperti perluasan Kerja sama Antar Daerah (KAD) untuk komoditas pangan, koordinasi yang efektif antar TPID di wilayah Sumatera Selatan melalui pelaksanaan High Level Meeting (HLM) TPID, serta optimalisasi anggaran pemerintah daerah untuk program pengendalian inflasi seperti penyaluran bantuan sosial bagi masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah, dan penyaluran subsidi untuk sektor transportasi.
