Berikut 5 negara yang melaporkan kasus Covid-19 terbanyak: Amerika Serikat: 99.341.334 kasus, 1.095.199 kematian, dan 96.810.414 kasus sembuh. India: 44.651.581 kasus, 529.008 kematian, dan 44.102.852 kasus sembuh. Perancis: 36.793.161 kasus, 156.832 kematian, dan 35.709.421 kasus sembuh. Jerman: 35.571.130 kasus, 153.544 kematian, dan 33.801.900 kasus sembuh. Brasil: 34.864.317 kasus, 688.132 kematian, dan 34.038.995 kasus sembuh.
Kasus harian Covid-19 di Indonesia di atas 3.000 Menurut data Kementerian Kesehatan (Kemenkes), kasus harian virus corona di Indonesia masih di atas angka 3.000. Per Sabtu (29/10/2022) pukul 16.00 WIB, Covid-19 bertambah 3.141 kasus, sehingga total konfirmasi menjadi 6.487.905 kasus. Adapun total kasus corona aktif di Indonesia sejumlah 23.748 kasus.
Pasien sembuh bertambah sebanyak 2.109, sehingga recovery rate kasus Covid-19 di Indonesia menjadi 97,2 persen. Sementara itu, pasien meninggal dunia akibat virus corona per Sabtu sore dilaporkan sebanyak 27 jiwa.

Sebanyak 800 ribu warga lebih di salah satu distrik Kota Wuhan, Provinsi Hubei, diperintahkan untuk tidak meninggalkan rumah hingga hari ini, Minggu (30/10/2022). Sementara itu, di Kota Zhengzhou, Provinsi Henan, yang kerap dikenal sebagai sentra produksi iPhone terbesar di dunia, turut terdampak oleh temuan klaster baru virus corona ini.
Pemerintah mendatangkan 5 juta dosis vaksin Pfizer untuk memenuhi kebutuhan vaksin di Indonesia. Direktur Jenderal Pencegahan dan Pengendalian Penyakit Maxi Rein Rondonuwu mengatakan, hal ini sebagai upaya untuk mempercepat vaskinasi dosis lengkap hingga dosis booster. Menurut dia, setengah dari dosis tersebut sudah dikirimkan ke 25 provinsi di Indonesia. “Lebih dari 2,5 juta vaksin Pzifer ini sudah didistribusikan ke provinsi serta kabupaten/kota. Sisanya menjadi buffer stock pusat,” tutur Maxi, di Jakarta, dikutip dari Antara, Sabtu (29/10/2022).
