Intinews | Bank Indonesia melihat pandemi Covid-19 yang terjadi sejak 2019 berdampak pada ekonomi global dan memperlebar kesenjangan terutama disektor UMKM. Sepanjang tahun 2021 perbaikan ekonomi global terus berlanjut, meski belum berjalan seimbang.
Pada masa pandemi, UMKM melaporkan penurunan omzet dan profit serta kekurangan likuiditas untuk membayar pengeluaran bisnis. UMKM mencoba setidaknya 1 aktifitas digital. Peningkatan penjualan akibat digitalisasi cenderung terjadi terutama pada UMKM dibidang: wholesale dan retail trade, akomodasi, industri makanan dan minuman, jasa, informasi dan komunikasi.
BI mencatat jumlah pengguna transaksi digital meroket hingga 21 juta pada 2022 yang dipengaruhi pandemi covid dalam 2 tahun terakhir ini.
Kepala Departement Pengembangan UMKM dan Perlindungan Konsumen mengatakan Yunita Resmi Sari, dalam bincang digitalisasi mengatakan UMKM memiliki peran strategis sebagai sumber pertumbuhan perekonomian Indonesia. Namun, UMKM masih memiliki tantangan, antara lain: terbatasnya akses pembiayaan, kesiapan digital, dan akses pemasaran.
“ Literasi keuangan digital masih perlu dikuatkan dan ditingkatkan. Pesatnya perkembangan inovasi keuangan digital dan inklusi keuangan yang terus meningkat perlu diimbangi dengan peningkatan literasi dan pemberdayaan konsumen,” ujarnya.
Lanjutnya, 77.7 % UMKM mengalami kendala pemasaran online, antara lain disebabkan kurangnya pengetahuan, SDM, dan keterbatasan infrastruktur.
Inklusi Keuangan yang disertai dengan literasi keuangan serta penguatan perlindungan konsumen, sangat penting untuk memperkuat ketahanan keuangan yang pada akhirnya mendukung masyarakat untuk dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan
Sementara itu, Kepala Perwakilan Bank Indonesia Sumsel Erwin Soeriadimadja, mengemukakan bahwa transaksi e-commerce di provinsi itu terus meningkat.
“Transaksi e-commerce nominalnya terus meningkat Rp2,13 triliun di Sumsel,” ujar Erwin saat seminar berlangsung di Kantor Bank Indonesia, Kamis (9/6/2022). Menurut dia, dilihat dari jenis barangnya, terdapat tiga jenis barang yang ditransaksikan di e-commerce tertinggi yang dibeli, yakni pakaian 32,9%, kosmetik dan barang pribadi 18% serta peralatan rumah tangga dan kantor 15,4%.
Erwin juga menerangkan bahwa terdapat tiga fokus dalam perhelatan Presidesi G20 yaitu arsitektur kesehatan global, transformasi ekonomi digital, dan transisi energi yang berkelanjutan, “ lanjutnya.
Sementara itu, Direktur Departemen Kebijakan Sistem Pembayaran, Fitria Irmi Triswati, mengatakan BI terus memperkuat sinergi dengan pemerintah dan industri dalam percepatan pembayaran digital untuk mendorong pemulihan ekonomi nasional. BI bersama industri terus mendorong inovasi pembayaran, termasuk QRIS, untuk inklusi ekonomi dan keuangan digital, khususnya UMKM.
“Perluasan QRIS sebagai game changer pembayaran digital perlu terus dilakukan oleh seluruh pemangku kepentingan untuk mempercepat integrasi ekosistem digital,” ujarnya.
QRIS digunakan sebagai kanal pembayaran digital untuk transaksi offline maupun online yang dapat memfasilitasi
berbagai sumber dana/instrumen pembayaran.
“Saat ini QRIS banyak digunakan di banyak sektor dan segmen di seluruh Indonesia, antara lain sektor pariwisata, UMKM, transportasi, kesehatan, keagamaan dan donasi sosial serta layanan publik lainnya,” tukasnya. (sil)
