Intinews | Indeks Harga Konsumen (IHK) pada Januari 2023 menurun dibandingkan inflasi bulan sebelumnya. Berdasarkan data BPS, inflasi IHK pada Januari 2023 tercatat 0,34% (mtm), lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan inflasi bulan sebelumnya sebesar 0,66% (mtm). Realisasi inflasi (mtm) tersebut terutama didorong oleh penurunan inflasi kelompok volatile food dan administered prices.
Dengan perkembangan tersebut, inflasi IHK secara tahunan tercatat 5,28% (yoy), lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan inflasi bulan sebelumnya yang mencapai 5,51% (yoy). Perkembangan positif inflasi IHK ini tidak terlepas dari pengaruh koordinasi kebijakan pengendalian inflasi dengan Pemerintah Pusat, Pemerintah Daerah, dan mitra strategis lainnya melalui Tim Pengendalian Inflasi Pusat dan Daerah (TPIP dan TPID) serta Gerakan Nasional Pengendalian Inflasi Pangan (GNPIP) di berbagai daerah.
Kepala Departemen Komunikasi BI Erwin Haryono mengatakan, kedepan Bank Indonesia meyakini inflasi inti tetap berada dalam kisaran 3,0±1% pada semester I 2023 dan inflasi IHK kembali ke dalam sasaran 3,0±1% pada semester II 2023. Bank Indonesia akan terus memperkuat respons kebijakan moneter, serta terus berkoordinasi dengan Pemerintah guna memastikan penurunan dan terkendalinya inflasi tersebut.
“Inflasi inti pada Januari 2023 terkendali. Inflasi inti tercatat sebesar 0,33% (mtm), meningkat dibandingkan dengan inflasi bulan sebelumnya sebesar 0,22% (mtm). Peningkatan inflasi inti sejalan dengan pola musiman awal tahun, terutama terjadi di inflasi komoditas sewa rumah dan kontrak rumah. Secara tahunan, inflasi inti Januari 2023 tercatat sebesar 3,27% (yoy), lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan inflasi pada bulan sebelumnya sebesar 3,36% (yoy)”, terangnya.
Inflasi kelompok volatile foods Januari 2023 menurun dari perkembangan bulan sebelumnya. Kelompok volatile foods mencatat inflasi sebesar 1,40% (mtm), lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan inflasi pada bulan sebelumnya yang sebesar 2,24% (mtm). Perkembangan tersebut terutama dipengaruhi oleh deflasi pada komoditas telur ayam ras dan tomat. Sementara itu, inflasi komoditas beras, aneka cabai, dan ikan segar tercatat meningkat sejalan kenaikan permintaan di awal tahun dan penurunan pasokan akibat kondisi cuaca yang kurang kondusif. Secara tahunan, kelompok volatile foods mengalami inflasi 5,71% (yoy), lebih tinggi dibandingkan inflasi bulan sebelumnya yang sebesar 5,61% (yoy).
Kelompok administered prices mencatat deflasi. Kelompok administered prices mengalami deflasi sebesar 0,55% (mtm), setelah pada bulan sebelumnya mencatat inflasi 0,73% (mtm). Perkembangan ini terutama dipengaruhi oleh deflasi angkutan udara dan bahan bakar minyak jenis bensin seiring dengan normalisasi harga setelah Natal dan Tahun Baru dan penurunan tarif fuel surcharge yang dikenakan maskapai, serta penurunan harga bensin nonsubsidi pada awal Januari 2023. Secara tahunan, kelompok administered prices tercatat inflasi 12,28% (yoy), lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan inflasi bulan sebelumnya yang sebesar 13,34% (yoy). (ril)
